Statement of Work
Create a website (microsite) to be linked from https://www.machaikchevy.com/MacHaikChevyCares
On the landing page there will be two sections.
1. Teacher’s Wish List upload which will go to a form similar to this:
2. Help a Teacher will go to a listings page of teachers and schools based on the information in the form above. The user will have a link to their Amazon list.
This will be updated manually upon submission of each form.
The microsite will be hosted using an agreed-upon domain name for this microsite.
