Summary:
This is a proposal for Website Design of Rancho El Charco. The purpose of the website is to showcase the ranch as a destination rental property with an abundance of amenities and potential activities.

Overview of the website
The site will be built in WordPress and will showcase the ranch with video and images to present an immersive experience on the website. The will be pages of history, amenities of the property and the activities available. A photo gallery will be a showcase feature of the site and the call to action will be to Book Now. There will be a contact feature as well for those requesting more information.

Other Deliverables:

• Identify other competitor properties to compare and identify best practices and features and necessary pages
• Create a new modern responsive design (mobile-friendly) in WordPress that is high-performing in technology and content
• Add Search Engine Optimization around identified keywords
• Integrate Google Analytics
• Integrate SSL certificate

Ongoing Monthly Maintenance includes:

• Maintain WordPress Plugins and Security updates
• Modify and create new content as needed every month
• Create and maintain Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program
• Reporting is provided monthly using Google Analytics
• Make adjustments and improvements to Search Terms based on reporting

Fee Options:

Turnkey Web Design including 12 months of Hosting: $2500
50% to start with balance on completion and launch.

Monthly Option includes Web Design (above) + SEO with Monthly Maintenance: $350 per month

This includes a New Website Design, SEO, and Site Maintenance. Hosting is also included if needed. This package is offered with a 12-month commitment which allows us to fully recoup the design fee and SEO set-up.

This also includes; Google Analytics Reporting and consulting of updates needed on an ongoing basis based on reporting.

Timeline:

Initial Design + SEO Set-Up Phase (Approximately 20 days)

Initial Report at 30 days post-launch to set a baseline.

After 12 months:
Monthly updates/SEO/Maintenance will continue on a month-to-month basis until canceled by the client.

Also at a reduced rate hosting only plan is available for $50/mo.

The monthly recurring is all inclusive of the site design updates, the monthly updates, SEO and Reporting.

At the end of 12 months the monthly fee reduces to $250 per month.
