Summary:
This is a proposal for the development of a new website for J. Properties. The purpose of the website is to promote the J. Properties as a Buyer Representative for Real Estate specializing in Conroe and Lake Conroe areas.

Overview of the new web site
The recommended website needs to be modern with a strong design to best represent the image of J. Properties. The website would be keyword rich to capture search engine positioning for the agreed upon search terms and phrases – related to a defined style of home and buyer.

A Specialty offering would be for those buyers looking for an Aging in Place opportunity within their home for parents.

Recommended Approach and Deliverables:

• Create a modern and responsive (mobile friendly) design in WordPress with a luxury look and feel to the site. Positioning beyond a typical real estate agent servicing all would be the desired approach.
• Create unique content and landing pages for all primary services.
• Build a home page slider featuring the elegant homes.
• Showcase 360 degrees video as a unique offering linking to Imago.
• Build-out website content throughout to cover all areas and services based on content provided by client.
• Create multiple Call-to-Action (CTAs) with the primary goal to collect potential new customer information for an appointment or call.
• Integrate SSL certificate

Additional Features:

• Create a Blog Area to share important information related to the areas of differentiation
• Create Facebook Business Page and to site con.tent through this listing.

Ongoing Monthly Maintenance was selected and includes:

• Maintain WordPress Plugins and Security updates
• Modify and create new content as needed on a monthly basis
• Create and maintain Search Engine Optimization (SEO) program
• Market and promote through Facebook or other Social Media
• Reporting provided monthly using Google Analytics
• Make adjustments and improvements to Search Terms based on reporting

Fees:

Design with Monthly Maintenance: $250 per month with minimum of 12 months commitment.

After 12 months of billing, the client has the option to switch to either

Continue existing Plan Month-to-Month
Hosting Only – This includes hosting and security for $50/month
Hosting/Maintenance – This includes hosting, security and website maintenance of Application, Plug-ins and other needed updates for $150/month

This includes the website design and hosting but also website updates, site maintenance, security, SEO and Social Media Digital Marketing.

This also includes; Google Analytics Reporting and consulting of updates needed on an ongoing basis based on reporting.

Timeline:

Initial Set-Up Phase (Approximately 3-4  weeks)

Initial Report at 30 days to set a baseline.

The monthly recurring is all inclusive of the new website design, the monthly updates, SEO, Hosting and Reporting.
